MEET JAS
Boxing is an impact sport with running bagwork circuits and being hit. I boxed as an amateur n later coached so had the run of the mill lower back and shoulder problems.
For 10 plus years I tried various physios masseurs osteopaths and chiropractors. Nothing worked for more than a few days.
I was recommended Japanese Medicine which I found gave longer and deeper treatments with combined therapies along with acupuncture.
It changed my life.
The treatments where given by Dr Chris Roworth ia practioner of Japenese Medicine and a tutor whose degree level course I took.
